Easter & Crawling

We have a great time over Easter.  We were able to go to Utah to spend time with family and friends for the weekend.  It went by so quickly but we had a fun time.  I was nervous that Bennett would be too scared to be around everyone in my family but he loved it.  He loved watching everyone and he even let them hold him.

We have a Bowling Tradition with Chris and Sadie almost every time we go to Utah.  This was Bennett's first time joining us.

 Bennett just loved my mom and had fun singing songs with her. 

Bennett also thought it was the most hilarious thing when Sam was playing basketball.

Back at home and we now have a crawler!!  It hit him a couple weeks ago that he could actually move forward.  He loves exploring everywhere!!

Here are videos of his first few times crawling.  He was crawling like he was a little tipsy but really got the hang of it especially if we would put something in front of him that he knew he wasn't supposed to play with like the laptop, remote or phone.  He is professional now

Bennett is also climbing up and standing.  Yikes!!  He does have a few falls but he is pretty good.

Here are a few other random things going on around here:

We were trying to brave the blizzard we had here.  We got over 40 inches in a couple weeks!!  The wind doesn't make it the easiest snow to go out and play in.

Bennett gets super bed head throughout the night while he is going crazy moving all around in his crib.  This is one of his many hair styles when he wakes up in the morning.

 He has loved using his feet to hold things.  This video is the perfect example.  Maybe one day he will be playing the piano with feet!
