I took a quick trip to Utah this last week. My little sis, Cami just had her first little baby and I just couldn't stay away too long. I had to see her! Her name is Amelia Rose and she is absolutely adorable. It is so fun to see and hang out with them. I already want to go back to hold her again.
I have been wanting to start sewing again and after seeing this little bear on my friend, Laurie's blog, I just had to make it. I knew it would be a fun present to make for little Amelia. I am happy about how it turned out and excited to sew other things and maybe even a couple more of these peg bears. 
I am sure Amelia just has to warm up to the bear a little more and she will love it.

I love the first picture of Amelia! It totally looks like she's smiling. It was so great having you in town for a few days. It always goes by way too fast.
The bear is so cute, it just sits at the top of the toy bin waiting for Amelia to play. She will soon. And I love that it randomly matches my quilt! We think alike.
I know I just saw these pictures yesterday, but the one of Amelia next to the bear you made still makes me laugh. It's so cute!
